Dedicated to the memory of Jey
This site is a tribute to Jey (also known as Rasan), who was born in Colombo on 20 October 1950.
Jey had Stage 4 Motor Neurone Disease and this sadly took a toll on his ability to do daily tasks. However, he was heavily supported by Princess Alice Hospice in many ways, and for that we are so grateful.
Even under the circumstances, Jey continued cracking jokes, sharing his views (often unsolicited) and maintaining his love for Tamil music and cinema.
For those who knew Jey, we hope you will fondly remember his bold personality, enthusiasm for food and his love for his wife, Shanthi.
